This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, process and disclose your personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the EventsEazy Platform. Please read the Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information that you give to us or give us permission to obtain it.

1.1.1 When you sign up for your EventsEazy account for or use EventsEazy, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, preferences and any other information that you give us. You can also choose to share with us location data, photos and videos.

1.1.2 If you are an Event Planner, then we collect payment information, such as your credit card or debit card or bank account information from you in order to facilitate the processing of your payments. When you submit payment information, we encrypt the information using industry standard technologies and may store a part of the payment information for you to choose your preferred payment method for future transactions. We may share the payment information with PCI compliant payment gateway processors which assist in processing and fulfilling your payment requests.

1.1.3 If you are a performer, then we collect your bank account information in order to facilitate the processing of your payouts.

1.1.4 If you use your Facebook account to sign up on EventsEazy, then we also get information from Facebook (such as your friends or contacts). The information we get from Facebook depends on your settings and their privacy policies, so please check what those are.

1.2 We also get technical information when you use the EventsEazy Platform.

1.2.1 Log Data - When you use EventsEazy, our servers record information (“Log Data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website or that your mobile application automatically sends when you’re using it. This Log Data includes your Internet Protocol address, searches, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used EventsEazy, cookie data and device data. If you’d like, you can get more details on the types of information we collect in our logs.

1.2.2 Cookie Data - We also use “Cookies” (small text files sent by your computer each time you visit our website, unique to your EventsEazy account or your browser) or similar technologies to capture Log Data. When we use Cookies or other similar technologies, we use Session Cookies (that last until you close your browser) or Persistent Cookies (that last until you or your browser delete them). Some of the Cookies we use are associated with your EventsEazy account (including information about you, such as the email address you gave us) and other Cookies are not.

1.2.3 Device Information - In addition to Log Data, we collect information about the device you’re using EventsEazy on, including type of device, operating system, settings, unique device identifiers and crash data that helps us understand when something breaks. Whether we collect some or all this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.

1.3 Information that we automatically get from your use of the EventsEazy Platform.

1.3.1 Usage Information - We collect information about your interactions with the EventsEazy Platform such as the pages or content you view, searches you do and other actions that you take on the EventsEazy Platform.

1.3.2 Payment Transaction Information – If you are an Event Planner, then we collect information of the payments that you make when you hire Performers. If you are a Performer, then we store information of the payouts that we make when your Performances gets approved.

2. What We Do with the Information We Collect
2.1 Identify you when you use the EventsEazy Platform and process your transactions.

2.2 If you are a Performer, then we send push notifications to you for the new Performance Requests based on your preferences.

2.3 If you are a Performer, then we identify your location to allow you to check-in and check-out from your current location.

2.4 Conduct analytics on who is using EventsEazy and what they are doing. For this, we may share your data with third party companies, for example, Google.

2.5 We may share your payment information with third party companies like PCI compliant payment gateway processors which assist in processing your payment requests.

2.6 Improve EventsEazy and offer new features.

2.7 Work with law enforcement and keep EventsEazy safe. We may get requests for account information from law enforcement authorities like the police or courts.

2.8 Identify you across different browser sessions. This means if you log into EventsEazy from web or from your phone, we'll remember that you're you and you won't need to enter your login details each time you visit EventsEazy.

2.9 To help facilitate hiring or other interactions between our registered users, we may need to share certain information, including personal information, with other registered users.

2.10 If you are an Event Planner, then EventsEazy lets you publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the potential users to let them search Performance Requests without signing up as Performers on EventsEazy.

2.11 We may review, scan or analyze your communications with other registered users on the EventsEazy Platform for fraud detection, risk assessment, regulatory compliance and customer support purposes.

3. Choices You Have About Your Information

3.1 Edit information in your profile at any time.

3.2 You also have choices available to you through the device or software you use to access EventsEazy. The browser you use lets you control cookies or other types of local data storage. Your mobile device lets you choose how and whether your location, photos and videos are shared with us.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide EventsEazy to you and fulfill the purposes described in the Policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.

5. Security
We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls, data encryption and information access controls. If you know or have reason to believe that your EventsEazy Account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your EventsEazy Account, please contact us immediately.

6. Third Party Websites
The EventsEazy Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. EventsEazy doesn’t own or control these third-party websites and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to them. These third-party websites will have their own rules about the collection, use and disclosure of information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other websites you visit.

7. Making Changes to the Policy
We may revise the Policy from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our discretion, is material, we’ll notify you. By continuing to access or use the EventsEazy Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Policy.

8. Deleting Personal Information
If you would like to delete personal information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please send us an email at help@eventseazy.com. Once your request is processed, your personal data will be deleted (except for certain information that we are legally required or permitted to retain). If you want to use EventsEazy in the future, you will need to set up a new account.
